  • Implanon
    • Initial consultation and counselling €60

    • Implanon itself to be purchased in a pharmacy, prescription needed for this.

  • 24 hour blood pressure monitor €70
  • Cryotherapy €60 (may be covered by your Health Insurance provider).
  • Travel Vaccines
      • €60 for initial consultation
      • Vaccines must also be purchased in a pharmacy, prescription needed for this.
      • Administration of vaccines €30 nurse 
  • Repeat prescription €20 (if not seen by the doctor)
  • Eyesight report €30
  • Driving licence €50 – this is not covered by medical card (buses and truck must go to opticians first)
  • Joint injections €70 – this is not covered by medical card
  • Enduring Power of Attorney /Testament Capacity €120 – this is not covered by medical card.
  • Letters other than referral €10
  • Forms (all patients) other than social welfare €20 – this is not covered by medical card
  • Passport forms – €20 not covered by medical card.

Services not covered by medical card:

Phlebotomy dressings, eye sight and driving licence reports, non-medical letters, sports club medicals, pre-employment medicals, passport forms, letters in support of applications for services under the social welfare acts,  travel vaccinations, insurance or medical legal reports, joint injections, dressings.

We are registered with the private healthcare providers.  If a patient requires a procedure which is covered by their healthcare insurance the necessary forms can be completed at the surgery.  Please be aware of what your policy covers.
